Ideal candidate – You will have at least 6 years recruitment experience with an understanding of the Oil and Gas sector. You will have experience managing and driving a team of consultants forward and leading from the front with a proven experience of transforming a branch to achieve its full potential.
The role – You will be managing a small team of consultants which we plan to grow to double the size over the next year to 18 months. You will be integral in performance management of your team, ensuring that you train, coach and mentor them to achieve their full potential. This is a billing role, so you will still manage your own desk and nurture client relationships. There is responsibility for the whole of South East Asia.
Skills And Experience Required
You should have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, either in an agency or an Oil and Gas Company. You should also be an excellent communicator and possesses good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work at all levels. You must have experience on a regional portfolio and be experienced in managing a team.
